2.2 Geographic Restrictions

3 Account Registration and Management

To open an account on 7u999, you must provide the required information accurately. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being cancelled and all deposited funds being forfeited.

Each user may open only one account. If one person holds multiple accounts, 7u999 reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit the associated funds. Operating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or banking details is prohibited.

3.2 Account Security

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before applying for a withdrawal, the user must meet the following conditions:

The wagering requirement on any active bonus must be met.
The withdrawal amount must be above the applicable minimum limit.
The deposit method and the withdrawal method must be registered in the same person's name.

4.4 Transaction Cancellation

If there is suspicion of a technical error, fraudulent activity, or a breach of terms, 7u999 reserves the right to suspend any deposit or withdrawal process. In such cases, the relevant user must cooperate with the investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

7u999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing users. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which act as a supplement to these general terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Bonus examples:

Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → Total balance ৳2,500
Deposit ৳22,000 or more → Maximum ৳15,000 bonus → Total balance ৳37,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, the wagering conditions must be met. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — see the list of eligible games on the promotions page.
Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
If a bonus expires or its conditions are breached, the bonus and any winnings from it will be cancelled.
If bonus abuse is suspected, 7u999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

5.4 VIP Program

7u999's VIP program has five tiers with weekly cashback available:

Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

By staying regularly active, you have the opportunity to advance to higher VIP tiers.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on 7u999 are conducted fairly and transparently. A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to determine the outcome of each game, and this is independently tested.

6.1 Finality of Game Results

The result of a game once settled cannot be changed, unless a technical error is proven. In the case of a technical error, 7u999 reserves the right to void the game and return the bet.

6.2 Situations Where Bets Are Voided

If a game is left incomplete due to a server error or disconnection
If a technical problem arises on the game provider's side
In the case of a clear programming error or abnormal result

In the situations mentioned above, the user's full bet amount will be returned.

6.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, the outcome of a bet depends on the final result of the event. If an event is cancelled or postponed after a bet is placed, settlement will be made according to the applicable rules. All bets are placed at the user's own risk.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain the security and fair environment of the 7u999 platform:

7.1 Fraudulent Activities

Using any kind of software, bots, scripts, or automation tools
Any unauthorised interference or manipulation of the game system
Operating an account under a false identity or someone else's identity
Placing the same bet across multiple accounts to make risk-free profit (Arbitrage)

7.2 Financial Abuse

Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources
Chargeback fraud or abuse of payment disputes
Bonus abuse or taking unfair advantage by exploiting the bonus system

7.3 Other Prohibited Conduct

Harassing, aggressive, or offensive behaviour directed at other users
Spreading false information that damages the reputation of the platform
Exploiting technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage and not reporting them

If prohibited activities are proven, the account may be immediately closed, all deposited funds forfeited, and legal action taken if necessary.

8 Limitation of Liability

7u999 always strives to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, 7u999 does not bear responsibility for any losses in the following situations:

8.1 Technical Disruptions

Losses caused by internet disconnection or network issues
Losses caused by problems with the user's device or software
Disruptions to third-party payment provider services
Service unavailability during unexpected system maintenance

8.2 External Causes

7u999 is not responsible for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, war, government orders, or any other circumstances beyond its control.

8.3 User's Own Decisions

The risk of losing money in gaming and betting activities lies entirely with the user. 7u999 is not responsible for financial losses resulting from a user's gaming decisions. Play responsibly and avoid placing bets beyond your means.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

7u999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

9.1 Grounds for Suspension

Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions
Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity
Refusal or failure to complete KYC verification
Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes
Operating multiple accounts by the same person
Evidence of being underage

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If a user wishes to close their account voluntarily, they may contact the support team. All pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed. Options for a temporary or permanent break for responsible gaming reasons are also available.

9.3 Refund on Closed Accounts

For accounts closed due to a breach of terms and conditions, 7u999 reserves the right to forfeit the balance. For accounts closed under normal circumstances, the actual deposited amount will be refunded, however bonuses and bonus winnings may be cancelled.
